    When Organizations Wake Up!

There is an explosion of interest in consciousness and its role in waking up organizations. And an increasing awareness that who we are is as important as what we do.

    Qualities of conscious leaders include:

Holding Space - creating rich, imaginal spaces for what is trying to emerge.

The Power of Surrender - the awareness that true surrender is an act of power - the ability to let go of the assumptions and structures that separate us from radical possibility.

Dancing with Mystery - the recognition that high creation happens when we design with the resources, allies, and opportunities that currently exists. And the resources, allies, and opportunities that at the moment are unknowable, but moving toward us.

The Power of Intention - using focused awareness to attract the people, partners, and resources necessary to create a preferred future.

This session explores the power of consciousness, qualities of conscious leaders, and what's possible when organizations begin to wake up!
