This session lays out basic ground rules and identify specific tools and skills needed for bringing conflicts to a middle ground and resolution.
Participants will:
(1) Have at least 4 ground rules for resolving conflict.
(2) Have 4 rules for dialogue.
(3) Be able to identify "group think" in the boardroom.
