This seminar lays out a sequential process for developing joint ventures. Somewhat the same process is used for merging medical groups - a growing trend for both contracting purposes and for decreasing overhead.
Because of the difficulty of recruiting to rural areas, rural hospitals are developing rural alliances. This session also covers the basic steps in developing a rural alliance.
